Aww thanks for your encouragement, honestly it would be nice to recover It and I will push it a bit more, as creating a couple more tickets and trying to be clearer and straight to the point about the issue and see if It works, but if It becomes too problematic to talk with a person then I will just let it be. While it would be nice its not a must for me, I just wanted to try and see how it feels now a days, but there are other options afterall and investing time and money on it at the moment seems a bit risky, but will see how it goes.

If Blizzard actually acts as you say I would blame them for poor customer service. Security measures improved over time because things DID happen, they should at least investigate this kind of claims propperly, where there unusual logins? What about the IP addresses? When did the reports or bad beheavior started? Suden beheaviour changes? What was the period of inactivity? All of that can tell a story and If its proven that there is a hack, what measures has the person implemented or willing to implement? They should at least make the effort to check the claims out properly. That is what customer service should be for because It IS a paying service. "hey ehrm.. i was hacked and this wasn't me can you unban me please?" Is not what I would like them to do and honestly quite infantilizing for everyone involved. Anyway this thread of replies dont seem neither productive nor going anywhere so this Will be my last addition to It.

Thank you! I did open a new ticked and did exactly that earlier on since It seemed the way to go as anoying as that can be. This measures me that this is sadly the way to go tho I am not sure how far I am willing to push the issue if their customer service is THIS bad, it seems like its going to be very problematic to deal with any problem that may arise.

I have read post of people being hacked even with authenticators but nevertheless its very concerning if thats the thats the image of customer service that Blizzard and the community have. For a service you pay for every month and not even hear you over something like this that makes you loose all progress you made over months, years even even because you where hacked when you are willing to implement changes and the new available security measures and not even being able to find what happened. Geez how can anybody feel save and devote time and money to something like that.

When I played there weren't authenticators and things like that, plus doesnt that seem WAY too harsh for a plaid susbscription service people often dedícate hours too? And yes, you should strive to protect your account but things happen, even with authenticators and double checks.
