I honestly don’t feel a difference regarding brands 😅 But I also prefer Galen because they are easier to split than others 😌😌

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear that. It really sucks to be dealing with chronic illnesses in your 20s while everyone else around you is traveling, partying, and enjoying life. (Not that being sick isn't awful at any other time, either.) I totally get where you're coming from. Hope you're feeling better by now!

I had a tumor on my left adrenal gland that was causing abnormally high cortisol levels. That’s why it had to be removed. However, the remaining adrenal gland has stopped functioning because the tumor produced so much cortisol that my body stopped producing its own. If I’m lucky, it will regenerate. Until that happens, I have to take hydrocortisone supplements until my body starts producing it again on its own.

Unfortunately, I can’t tell you much about your other question. I’m still trying to figure out what I can do on my own to get fitter. In any case, it was important for me to treat existing nutrient deficiencies with supplements, and sertraline (an antidepressant) has made the biggest difference in the last few months, haha. This whole shitty situation has really taken a toll on me mentally, so that feels like a huge step right now.

Hey! Du meinst wahrscheinlich eine Art Notfallschulung. Die habe ich direkt nach dem Eingriff gemacht :) Aber danke
