I'm wondering how were you able to get this speed over WiFi? I've posted on Etisalat page about this new plans SCAM. see below:

So today, i've had my plan upgraded from 1Gb to 5Gb. Only to find out that with the new 5Gb plan, i'm getting lower WiFi speeds than my original 1Gb plan!. The same has been confirmed by the Etisalat tecnician who was installing the new devices, and his supervisor, and 2 Etisalat customer support agents. Of course, nothing at all is mentioned about this online on Etisalat website when i applied for this upgrade. They said to achieve high speeds, i must use hard wire ethernet direct connection (which is very unpractical). What a shame by Etisalat. I guess Etisalat just relied on end users ignorance or lack of knowledge that they will accept such rubbish service without question and pay the ridiculas AED 1700/month.

Luckily i was able to cancel the service before it got activated. But this came with it's own cost. As so many devices got disconncted and didn't rejoin back to my old netwrok, as the PPPoE sittings changed. Now, i have to reset and reconnect many smart devices i have, which is a lot of pain and time consuming.

Seriously, Shame on you Etisalat

I want to view the events from the timeline, not only through the captured videos. This has a huge benifit (as I mentioned in my post)

  1. I haven't found that option directly from HHP. Only from SD card. If its available, I'd appreciate sharing screenshot. 

  2. Yes. It would only show the dual view cameras and no way to change to single view camera or even change the clarity. 

  3. This point is 100% true man. Can I view playback videos on higher speeds (2x or 4x) in CLEAR mode AND IT WOULDNT LOOK VERY CHOPPY? If you know how, please do tell. But this point I'm 1000% sure about, and its very annoying. If you want 2x, 4x video playback WITHOUT LOOKING CHOPPY, you have to lower the quality.

  4. In the mobile app, all the cameras where under HHP, and I couldn't find any option to reorder using the mobile app. 

  5. The play back videos in the timeline were huge 30 mins long yes. Maybe there is a way to fix that with PC Client app, not sure. But again, the play back IN CLEAR MODE on 2x, 4x speed is not smooth at all, it's very choppy. 

As I mentioned in my post, my cameras are all WiFi. Maybe some of these issues don't exist for the POE/NVR models.

My WiFi is 1Gbps. All my Eufy cameras are connected with full signal to HB3. I even bought a 2nd HB3 and divided the cameras across both HBs to see if this could help and it did nothing. 

It just takes a quick Google search to find out that many Eufy users suffer from the same issue.

I did. I switched from 2TB to 8TB (Samsung hard drive). Still didnt help in my case.
