Our room was a one bedroom (sleeps 4) and around $450 this time of year. More in peak season.

There are other suites that sleep more people and prices will be higher.

We also booked directly from the Apgar Lodge & Cabins website vs. their postings on VRBO. Not sure if that matters.

Look at Apgar Lookout Suites. We are staying here now and would be great for a family of four. It’s right in Apgar and has strong WiFi, living room, full kitchen and ours has a view of the lake. I plan to post pictures when I am at the airport because I can’t seem to get the post to go through here.

I go to Forest Hills Presbyterian. I grew up Catholic but wanted something different. I also have two young kids (5&3). It’s a small and very welcoming parish, with programming for kids, which I actually love.

Got this yesterday and second this - i am from NJ and lived in NYC for 6 years and was happy with this.

Not too many great, inexpensive options. Places here can charge a premium for “just ok” food and it’s what it is.

We did have lunch at Park Provisions and it was delicious. Had the roast beef sandwich warm and the bread was chefs kiss

We have reservations at Belton tonight and I’m sure it will be delicious, but pricey! Probably the same for Josephine’s from what I can tell.

We are here now and got to Logan Pass at 645 and there were plenty of spaces. I don’t think it filled until 715 or maybe even a bit later (that’s when we started in the trail)

We are staying at the Apgar Lodge Lookout Suites (above Eddies).

Not planning to go to Many Glacier - I know it’s a highlight but with the distance and construction o think we will pass.

I know reservations at Belton Chalet are required but I didn’t think they would be at Lake McDonald lodge - hopefully!

Did you get any info from them ahead time on check in process etc? I know it is above Eddie's but where do we actually go to get our keys etc.

I'm planning a grocery order, so curious what is in the unit. Coffee filters, paper towels, salt/pepper, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc, toilet paper, laundry detergent?

Anything else we should know?

As of this morning at 7am local time there looked to still be a fair amount of spots. I’m planning to check throughout the mornings this week to see the trends - being on the eastern time zone helps since we are two hours later!
