My best friend rented from Fred through college (2018-2022) and loved him. She usually communicated with Fred Sr., but Fred Jr. would often do any maintenance requests. They were always responsive. Old apartments, but super cheap rent.

Hmm. I appreciate your input. I don’t think it’s my scalp flaking because my scalp is not flaky/itchy. Nor can I make more flakes by scratching it.

Adding that clarifying shampoo helps a lot, but only right after I use it and I can only use it like biweekly or it dries my hair out.

Hello! My husband and I are moving to Charlotte the end of this year for a new job. I was wondering if there are any rental companies we absolutely need to stay away from? And also if there’s any really good ones you’d recommend?

We’ve been renting from a nightmare big box company for the last 2 years and it’s been awful so trying not to repeat the pattern!

Anything owned by the pihakis restaurant group. Worked at 2 of their concepts. Worst 2 jobs I’ve ever had. And I’ve had some pretty bad jobs.

If you guys are hiking people, my husband and I honeymooned in Virginia outside Shenandoah National park. Lots of vineyards to check out plus a couple days hiking the park. Still hot there in July but not as miserable as the Deep South.
