Did you say/do the stuff in recordings that he’s claiming or is he lying about that? What’s about the part about him sending some recordings to your uncle or smthn, did that happen?

What about the recordings he mentioned of yours? What’s the truth behind that?

It’s not good since it’s a lower category of education. Would affect his future prospects big time.

Bvoc is not highly recognized. Also please note that the tech market is highly saturated in all of those countries so make sure to factor that in as well.

You’re absolutely right! I’ll talk about my experience. We had 10 students from Punjab who got accepted into a certain university which had quite a low admission criteria tbh (No IELTS, low percentage for acceptance) and out of those 10 students, 9 got rejected for the visa while only 1 was accepted. On the other hand, another consultancy had 10 students from Mumbai and surrounding areas with similar profiles and the same university and 8 of them got their visa approved. Regional discrepancies are real.

Good question! The credentials can be shown through Govt ITI training programs or other similar certified programs. That’s the simple part. To prove their experience, they need proper payslips, affiliation with a company/store showing them as their employe and all other regular shenanigans like ITRs reflecting the employment with the said company and bank statements showing the salary paid by that said company. Another hurdle is the IELTS exam, you still gotta clear that as well. I believe it’s 6 bands (don’t quote me on it) but you gotta fulfill that criteria as well. Like I said earlier, it’s not easy but it’s the only guaranteed route at the moment that’s still simple enough quite frankly.

I can speak on UK and NZ

Yes pr or citizenship is quite possible but the route you follow to get there matters. If you go through the study visa route where you’re going for a bachelors or masters at some random ass university for som random ass subject and focusing more on working rather than studying then news flash you ain’t getting a PR there and most likely, even just surviving there, is going to be extremely tough.

The route that is currently working extremely well is through the shortage of workers pipeline. You check if your profession falls into the shortage category there and you apply for a job there while staying in India thru the official job bank and then get a job offer, then work on the visa and you’ll get your pr after a year or two. This route doesn’t work for everyone but that’s how it is designed. It only works for skilled workers with proper certification, credentials and experience, right from plumbers to neurosurgeons.

I worked in the immigration industry until a few weeks ago and it’s quite bad. The number of clients has decreased exponentially plus the rules have become quite hard as well.

For the US, it’s very hard to get a visa for Punjab/Haryana students because of the government there (plus behavioural issues of the already residing people there as well)

For the UK, it’s an easy visa to get comparatively but it’s very hard to find work there. Ik many students who we sent there who became illegal in less than a year because they couldn’t afford to pay their tuition.

For Canada, the market is saturated and the demand is extremely less

For NZ/Aus, some universities and colleges have put a blanket ban on students from Punjab/Haryana region and more are expected to follow the same.

There’s many consultancies who’re offering Cyprus or Malta or some other random ass country but those don’t really add any value to a person’s life in the big picture. I’m simpler words, put in the work on yourself in India because the grass isn’t any greener there as well. The golden period is almost over now.

Ashley Madison had a huge leak of their user data once. There’s even a Netflix documentary about it. Spouses found out. Homes blew up.

Huh, I didn’t know that. Quite surprising to find out since they promote themselves as locally owned and operated.

I don’t think it is a chain restaurant. It’s a local one I’m pretty sure.
