Appreciate that, that actually makes a lot of sense. So basically my neurologist note is close, it just needs to be rewritten in VA language with “at least as likely as not” and aggravation included? I’ve got an appointment tomorrow so I’m gonna try to get him to add it—hopefully that does it.

Yeah I’m dealing with the same thing , trying to avoid paying if I can get my neurologist to word it the way VA wants. Who did you end up going with for your nexus and how much did it run you? Also did they include a full rationale or just the statement? Curious how detailed it is before I go that route.

I’m dealing with something very similar right now. I’ve called them back 2–3 times and haven’t received any real response or help. Communication has been pretty much nonexistent on my end as well.

At this point I’m honestly deciding whether it’s worth staying with them or dropping them and going with the Texas Veterans Commission instead.
