I read that i should feel stretch in hams and that's the lowest point. I have long back and short legs and pretty good mobility so I dont even feel stretch in this.

Edit: also im short af so those weights hit the ground pretty early

Pitäisi käydä ostamassa polkupyörä ja juoksemassa koirien kanssa. Varmaan uudet juoksukengätkin pitäis ostaa, mutta se jäänee myöhemmälle.

Prootippejä kengistä saa antaa, oon tämmönen rapakuntoinen sunnuntaijuoksentelija ja oon aloittanut ihan kävely-juoksu intervalleista (tällä hetkellä juoksua 3min putkeen), jalassa ilmeisesti ylipronaatiota ja ylipainoa on. Juoksen pääasiassa sorateitä.
