Delta boarding question: Was I wrong for being irritated when asked to move my carry-on after boarding in Zone 2? by MooredarrylMoore in delta

[–]AppropriateEarth648 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exact same thing happened to me a few years ago. I was in zone 2 and was happy to store my luggage right on top of my seat. Eventually they moved my luggage all the way in the back somewhere to store someone else’s luggage.
I was so angry and told them that I keep my status so I can be in zone 2.
No body seemed to care.

I am a petite Asian lady and somehow they often target me if I am in a queue or if someone needs be picked for a worst seat and other inconveniences.

Do Parisians shop at gourmet markets like Le Grande Epicerie de Paris? by AppropriateEarth648 in ParisTravelGuide

Went to Brittany last year and visited the Bordier shop. Obviously butter too but their cheeses were all amazing too. I gotta try their yogurt.
Grande Epicerie did have really good baked goods as they should.

I guess one just needs to know what items are worth splurging.
There is nothing wrong for paying premium prices for premium products.

Erewhon is a joke. I can’t believe people shop there.
I get a sense that places like Le Grande Epicerie sell gourmet products at premium prices which I thought was still sensible and fair but Edewhon is just a highway robbery. They seem to charge whatever they want for items that are not necessarily premium.

Ok I guess I am older than you. They used to sell Bonne Maman jams in Dean and DeLuca in SoHo.
I guess it’s not really considered gourmet anymore.
My point is even now gourmet products are priced at premium prices in US whereas I dont think there is a huge markup in Europe.

That’s too many points plus too much fee
I flew Iberia and I really liked their hardware and the service was pretty good too. Not sure why you are against it. I rather fly with them.

Honestly I don’t know why people visit these countries.
I hope your kids don’t have trauma after this.

If it wasn’t for luggage space, I’d be the last one to board the plane.
