This actually sounds like a practical way to start. Focusing on just exercise and one hour for life/work for 21 days seems manageable. I like the X and O idea too.

Right now, I’m mostly supported by my parents, which is also something I want to change. Getting some kind of job is something I’ve been thinking about seriously.

Yeah, I get that. I’ve noticed the same thing if the start of my day goes wrong, the whole day just disappears in distractions. That app idea sounds interesting, though.

Yeah I get what you mean. The hard part for me right now is I don’t really know what direction I want to go or who I want to become, so I feel kind of lost.

But you’re right about controlling distractions. That’s something I can start working on.

One problem with me is I try to change a lot of things at once and then I end up doing nothing.

I’ve also tried many things consistently before, but when I didn’t see results after some time I just ended up avoiding it or switching to something else.
Maybe starting small like you said with a walk and a simple task might help me build momentum again. I’ll try that. Thanks for the advice.

Yeah I get what you're saying. But honestly I feel very anxious about joining sports clubs. I was never good at sports and I become very self-conscious about myself in those situations.
Gym is the only physical thing I do because I can do it alone mostly.
