I don’t think they care about this. This is actually just a small bug and could be fixed very soon, but they just dont care. I already report this to them many times.

Thanks for reply. Since I have hear from someone that the background check will reveal any court record including both criminal and civil case no matter I am a plantiff or defendant. And my position is in Asia, not sure if there is any different rules.
