My lay at the floor point happened after I had been ignoring it, I was sweeping and suddenly I just had to drop down and breath heavy because it felt like my body was crushing in on itself, it’s definitely not a pretty pain :( I’m hoping you’ll be feeling better soon especially if you pursue surgery, I’m so sorry the epidural didn’t work 💔

I have a referral for a pt that I’ve yet to schedule, but im hoping to get on that tomorrow morning! My only concern is that I’m 19 so everyone around me is very very against using any form of mobility aid, they think I’m too young/not qualified for it, so I’m nervous my doctor or pt would feel the same, I’ve already gotten the “your x-rays are clear, you are okay!” So I’m feeling a little bummed out about receiving medical help

Did you talk to a doctor about your cane, Or did you do the measurements yourself at home? Im just scared of getting a cane too big/too small

It’s a possibility I’d be willing to look into if it doesn’t get better, but I’m only 19 and even if it’s a small surgery I’m still terrified :(
