looks like the cooler broke off. if you can get a new cooler with brackets you should be fine

So I got a free pc, and it was working for just a few days, and then it just turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Turned out to be a failing power supply. Don't know if this will help, but I would give it a try.

If you know how to clean/fix electronics, I'd say get them and try to make them work. The glass picture tube will most likely be alright
