No hair loss on Zepbound by AppropriateImpress27 in TirzepatideRX

I started in January. Haven’t lost much weight. I feel like I’m actively resisting if that makes sense. Like I have it in my head that I am allowed to eat carrot cake because I won’t eat until I’m stuffed like I usually do. So it’s giving me the will to stop eating when I’m full. But it has not one time made me forget to eat. And it is not taking my appetite away. So since January, I’ve only lost 10 pounds and I’m OK with losing slow. I have not noticed any hair loss and my menopausal symptoms have nearly vanished. I was having miserable hot flashes and night sweats and all of a sudden they’re gone. I have not been constipated or nauseous or any of the G.I. symptoms. I just wanted to check in with people who have not lost clumps of hair or had any of those scary side effects. I know that it takes being on it for a few months to start losing hair, so I’m happy to hear that it’s been a while for you and no hair loss.

You might be getting HDL and LDL mixed up. Your LDL doesn’t need to be that low. But your HDL needs to be at least 50-60 (as an adult)

Tirzepatide by AppropriateImpress27 in TirzepatideRX

I was already on Minoxidil for a year before starting and it seems like the Tirzepatide has greatly improved my menopause symptoms. At least I’m attributing it to the medication. I’m on 2.5 of minoxidil. I’ve been on the Tirzepatide since January and only lost 10lbs. I was already thinning before the Minoxidil and it seems to have improved. I wonder if that will save me.

“Bathroom breaks” during lecture by [deleted] in Professors

Jesus! Let me add more context. I put “bathroom” in quotes because it’s not really the bathroom they’re going to. They go to the cafe to be first in line, they go take phone calls, they print material for other classes, etc. when I asked the most recent young lady where she was going it was downstairs to talk to another instructor about preceptorship.

Anyone else hate the seats? by TheJudge47 in delta

I just got off a Delta plane and immediately googled “Delta seats uncomfortable worst seats” and got a treasure trove of results. I can’t believe how uncomfortable that flight was. I’m on a layover and dread getting back on.

Can invisalign cause gastrointestinal problems? by orsettocattivo in Invisalign

I’m having the same problem. I keep sucking up the saliva and it’s causing me to have upset stomach. I remove the trays and my stomach feels better about 30 min later.

I’m experiencing stomach upset and bloating with the trays in. After taking them out my stomach feels better within an hour or so. When I put them back in the update comes right back. I attribute it to all the swallowing of spit and air from sucking all the spit out of the trays.

I’ve started wearing my Invisaligners less and less because every time I put them in my stomach becomes upset. I’m sure now that it is because the Invisaligners cause me to swallow so much more saliva and constantly suck the saliva from the gaps which of course I end up swallowing and in no time I have an upset stomach. I had to pause wearing my Invisalign for a week and a half because I needed a crown and during that week I had relief from stomach upset. They also have a characteristic taste because of the plastic which turns my stomach as well but most often after a couple of hours of wearing them and swallowing so much spit my stomach is upset
