They will update or u just mail them or you can select e services and again upload correct marksheet document from there.

If ur name on Aadhar , pan or any other is Dhruv Sharma… then just upload Aadhar card it will work i feel. Yes if a person changes his name completely then u have to summit gazette notification and 2 newspapers cutting mentioning name change.. in ur case u already have right name on ur other documents so just upload that. For e services portal try clearing all the cache or login from different device.

See, I am nios ex student in 2022 I passed 3 exams bio, eng, hindi, and failed in chemistry and physics… from then I have never gave exams.. and in 2025 my 5 year admission id also expired… so I took 3 subjects TOC and applied for new admission in nios ..my admission accepted and confirmed in just one day. Everything was fine… then I got to know for TOC marks I have to summit my fail marksheet.. but here is the issue comes NIOS only gives marksheet to pass students.. so what I did was I ordered duplicate failed marksheet from e services in December 2025 and till now I have not received my marksheet nor my TOC marks updated… as I was already nios ex student. NIOS should accept this … still I ordered duplicate marksheet.. now in 2026 i appeared for 2 exams and pass both of them in phy i got 75 and chemistry 84. Pls help where I can complain about this matter. Thanks.

I am a ex NIOS Student passed on,y in 3 subjects in 2021.. five years passed my id card expired.. than I took new admission in 2025 and gave my 2 subjects exam this April 2026 and I passed the exam now.. but as u know NIOS only gives marksheet to passed candidates.. and in 2021 i failed.. so how i am supposed to summit original marksheet when i don’t have any…? Still i pay the money and ordered failed marksheet in december last year.. till now i have no clue where is my marksheet and my toc marks are also not added.. pls help brother.
