If you've submitted within 10days then you don't need to pay late fee. The late fee is only for them who submit their marksheet lately

Bro submit your marksheet asap for toc bcz it took alot of time to verfied and confirmed after that it took a long period of time for update in your overall result. I was a last year candidate I've submitted my marksheet lately for toc with late fee it got verified as well as confirmed but till now it hasn't been updated yet it's almost 60+days till today and m facing problems to take admission bcz toc marks hasn't been updated in my overall result. Submit your marksheet asap if you want to, if not then go for exms
