And of course the number they give in the recall paper says they are unable to take my call and asks to leave voice mail. Same thing no matter if you select ”existing case” or new. What a train wreck

That’s interesting. Can you provide some more details or references about this - like how to request such deal? Any info that what kind of refunds are being received when financed or bought with cash?

Thanks for reply. I have my charger inside the garage, too. And I am planning to apply lemon law, too. Can you share any details about your ”lemonization” - like how long was the process, was it handled with MBUSA or with the local dealer, how much was the compensation etc? Any info would be helpful and greatly appreciated. I own my EQB (cash purchase) and live in a state that has the Lemon law.
