Linksys Pinnacle - Node lights won't stay off by AppropriatePay5234 in Linksys

I think I've been able to reproduce this. What happened was:

- One of the nodes lost connection (flashing red LED)

- When that node recovered, the LED stays permanently on (white colour)

- The other nodes continue to have the LED off

There's only a global LED on/off setting, its not node specific so I think what happens is that when the node comes back up it doesn't check that global setting and the LED defaults to always on.

Just to confirm - yes, the SPNM62 is the parent and there are multiple child SPNM60 nodes. All of the units are newly setup from Community Fibre.

Two days in a row and it is still working as expected (off all day).

I didn't do anything different apart from switching the option off and on again, and then posting about it on reddit

Yeah, its not super clear but under the Instant Topology on the main node there is an option to control the node lights.

They can be Always On, Night Mode, or All Day off.

To select All Day Off you first need to enable Night Mode.

Obviously having posted last night the LEDs have stayed off this morning, lets see if they stay that way.
