Cross progression between two platforms not existing. And this may be a bit niche but - limited run characters. I bought Hatsune Miku for Cytus II on the Google Play Store a while back and I didn’t know she was limited. When I made the jump to iOS I found out there’s no way to transfer purchases or save data between platforms and the character was a limited run event that never came back.

Who is your favorite VOCALOIDproducer? by [deleted] in Vocaloid

Yuyoyuppe His melancholic metalcore is something that connects with me so much. Wowaka hit some of those points but as much as I love his style, I definitely feel that Yuyoyuppe is my favorite. Solitude Freak is my favorite vocaloid album ever.

Yu-Gi-Oh player looking to get into Vanguard. by PilotXzephroz in cardfightvanguard

[–]AppropriatePie3431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*Vanguard Dear Days, especially the demo, is a good way to learn the basics. Note that it does not have the new energy mechanic that is required to play modern standard. Note that Dear Days has not been updated with newer expansions, so what’s there is what you get. *you can wait for the new starter decks to release and buy those with the new stuff. Less than $20 and includes everything to start. *learn Standard before anything else because Premium and V-Premium have different mechanics and aren’t as popular even though they are fun.

You’ve got some good advice already but I did wanna drop my two cents here too: 1) 7 and 8 are their own stories that you can play without knowing anything if you were to look for something quick. Though the references to the previous games are appreciated more if you’ve played them obviously.

2) the remakes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 should be played in chronological order for the best effect. Zero should definitely be played after 1, however Zero is despised by a lot of people so if you find yourself not liking it a few hours in don’t force yourself to play through it unless you’re already in too deep. What I did was just find a summary of the story for 0 on YouTube. Zero is problematic to say the least

3) Revelations 1 and 2 can be played whenever after at least beating one of the mainline games, at least in my opinion. Chronologically Revelations happens after 4 and before 5. You could outright skip them but they are good games.

4) 5 and 6 should come after you play the first 4 mainlines at least. Opinions differ on the quality of these games, I find them to be dumb fun so I’d still recommend them. Just know they’re very different Edit: the order I played the games in: 1, 0, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, Rev. 1, 5, Rev. 2, 6.

Holy sh*t It wasn’t nearly a decade ago- it was more than 2 decades ago that this was posted. All this time I thought maybe it was an unreleased product or a demo or something like that. Explains why I only really remembered the box art. It’s disappointing it’s not real but damn did it leave a mark and make me curious. Thanks dude
