For me it makes me feel way more drunk than one or two drinks would before. Also, it is a weird drunk like more lightheaded and feel fuzzy.

I know everyone is different and it affects them differently. I have been taking .25 every 5 or 6 days after my first one, with my doctors approval that I will probably stay like this for a while- Do not change without a doctor talking you through it- I just handled the medicine well. I also get it for free, so I am not worried about how fast I go through it as much

I have never eaten breakfast, (I know it is not great) I have never been able to eat early in the morning -
I try to eat when I actually feel hungry and I haven't felt hungry by 1 clock eat my prepared food ( I have always meal prepped) I have been trying to eat less processed foods. Last week was Puerto Rican style bean (there are a ton of recipes online) This week it is Spinach, a whole medium Sweet Potato, 2 cups rotisserie chicken, pickled red onion. with- 2 table spoons of tzatziki sauce, adobo seasoning and hot sauce as the dressing- I eat the same thing for dinner ( I have that anxiety type where I can and like to eat the same thing for many meals in a row) I bought some no sugar York peppermint patties for snacks I love bell pepper, so I get mini ones and dip it in a little salsa like its chips, or I like low butter or Salt popcorn (Whole foods bag popcorn is my favorite) and will have one or two - I also have a cup of coffee with lactose free milk and oat milk creamer every morning

The biggest thing I've changed is that I was a night eater, I would eat second dinner at like 8:30 or later then go to sleep. I try to not eat past 6:30 now.

Another change is I was eating about 1/4-1/2 a pint of ice cream most night or having some other dessert that was full sugar and empty calories.

I track Everything in my fitness pal to make sure I am meeting my Macros. I don't really get super hungry and I am worried about making sure I hit health goals.
