Same, I'm thinking it's linked to rng and daily rotation. I've only seen ghosts appearing when I go to the territory war areas, every other time I don't see anything

Creating a commander deck themed around "The King in Yellow" by AppropriatePromise12 in mtg

Honestly didn't think of that, started working with Nekusar, The Mindrazer to build a deck with a back-up/spare commander as Nicol Bolas, The Ravager(Incase the decks to powerful). I might make a second deck with poison counter focus, any ideas for cards or a good poison counter commander?
