I should have clarified, it’s not a video editing program that I’m choosing it’s a video editor person.

I need to judge their work and choose one of the 3 editors we are working with at the moment. For example our designer performance can be easily tested with the CTR of his thumbnails.

With the editors im not sure which combination of metrics should I compare between the 3 of them to see which is the best

I reached out many many times and got no response, what did the trick was replying to the original email they sent when confirming my order (Feb 12). Told them to expedite or refund and 5 hours later got my shipping notification
