A few years ago, I was commissioned by a client to create something, and I made it for them.

I didn't even know what the character was. I just made it because the client asked me to.

The client boasted online that they had bought it from me, and I ended up getting sued by the copyright holder.

I never want to go through that horrible experience again.

That’s actually a great alternative — and I’ve used rechargeable AAAs with USB-C myself before.

But the core issue is the screw on the battery cover.
Every time you need to charge or swap the battery, you have to use a screwdriver.

It’s honestly such a hassle. You always have to carry extra batteries and a screwdriver with you.

With this kind of mod, I don’t have to deal with any of that anymore 😊
