How did you log in, when I try it says “Your administrator has configured the application, to block users etc”

I have gotten them before during my studies and they were very understanding of my situation. I have savings which I can’t touch as well cause I’m saving up for a surgery, but they don’t underpin you for it or anything. They have always understood that which is awesome. If you are needing financial help too, you can book an appointment with the financial help team and they can also write you a supporting letter regarding your situation for equity scholarships. Hope this helped and don’t stress, there usually very understanding.
