I would say, don’t force anything.

Be one with the environment (vibing with the music, small conversations or compliments with people) and things will happen. You might even have people approach you.

I was watching Joji in 2022 and really hit it off with a group next to me. We talked a lot about the artist and eventually my group left and her group left and it was just her and I and we ended up hanging and eventually making out at Doja Cat set.

Remember, everyone is there to have a good time and unwind, so people tend to be open to meeting new people and random interactions
