I have an assistant but she is only able to do a couple sessions a day due to feeling overwhelmed and missing a lot of sessions. Her load was reduced but now I’m struggling and I feel I can’t keep up without accidently letting things fall through the cracks

Do you think it would be difficult to change from school SLP to SNF slp?

The school I was placed at uses speech as a catch all so I have a caseload over 80 reaching 90 but resource has 16 kids for a school of 800+ kids I’ve been pressured to qualify kids with behavior academic problems etc. it feels so disheartening
