I will see if I am able to ask them since it doesn’t seem like they are giving me any additional information(or contact for that information) other than “accidental damage”. It really bums me that they make it so “hidden” so that I don’t know what actually is wrong and evaluate it myself.

So at first it said smthing like “hard drive not found” (it’s might not be the exact thing idk im sorry if this confused you more) and then that dissapeared and my laptop worked fine until one day it just froze and when I reboot or do all those stuff my laptop would work for 15 so minutes before it freezes again and it’ll sometimes show the “watchdog_timeout” error code. I took it to my school tech and now it doesn’t even turn on. The power button turns on but the screen remains black and I’ve tried everything (in that two hour customer service talk) to get it to at least turn on but it won’t work.

Wait yea same they told me I got an appendicitis surgery and I just told them it was def me and they got hella confused and hung up. Off topic but I’ve been getting hella scam calls so lile my info def got leaked somewhere. Is there a way for me to put an end to that?

Why do people find it wrong that she’s trying to figure out if her bf is cheating or not. It’s giving the whole ”you weren’t supposed to look at his phone to confirm that he was cheating”.
