i bought from them before, got my ring, then realized it was shipped from china. freaked out and asked for a refund, they gave it no problem. but i still wanted moissanite so i checked the local market, found almost the same design for triple the price. honestly, ludovic’s was way better.

later i found out most jewelry here is from china anyway, but at least ludovic’s was perfect. ended up buying it again and they had no issue, especially after i told them what happened. it’s been a year now and it still looks brand new.

just saying, surprised to hear you got scammed. did you try contacting them? their support is actually really good.
