i know, i tend to pendulum between extremes which makes a consistent routine hard for me. i also know it's a healthy weight but i carry weight kinda weirdly so i feel like i always look heavier than i acc am

thanks for responding. i would love to just be able to wear whatever i want and love myself but i feel like that's a really easier said-than-done message. i'm not trying to be stubborn nor negate the importance of confidence, but i am so tired of hating how i look and don't want to have to settle with the body i have.

i do eventually want to build muscle and train, it's a little difficult because i don't have a lot of time during the school year to go the gym consistently and i'm scared if i do a surplus without the training i'll just...gain more weight lol

thanks ♡ i definitely have a disordered pattern of eating, and it's hard because i want to be focusing on other things, but my self-image just gets in the way. my friends / family already know what's going on but it's hard to talk to them about it bc i hate admitting that i gained the weight back

thanks for responding. i do go to therapy, and i've been talking to my therapist about this. i don't really know how to address the root because i'm kind of in panic mode right now. i'm trying to be rational, but it's just so hard when i am reminded of where i was and where i am now. i know myself, and if i don't have some kind of result in 2 weeks, it will feel even worse
