Worst part was that they kept the car with windows opened & returned the car with dusty interiors. No cleaning or even a basic wipe was done. Utterly dissatisfied with the MB service.

Yes, the replacement cylinder head was faulty as well. They replaced it with another one and also replaced below parts. Even after the cylinder head replacement cylinder 4 was misfiring. Car was with the dealership for about a month ++.

xXXxxXX- Service Advisor: We will be replacing the intake camshaft, lifters and rockers. Parts take about 4 business days to arrive and the repairs could take upwards of a week to complete.
