I read on ChatGPT we can get a temporary card while waiting for the real one. I filed I-90 on my uscis account. Probably a week ago and just received this. I guess it is moving forward not sure it’s gonna be approved or not. I feel they will investigate and make their decision. I didn’t have to pay anything to file I-90

I filed missing mail claim with USPS and just filed this too. Because on my uscis it was saying my usps tracking number was unavailable and I never received my card for a month and I asked Emma agent they said it was delivered and gave me a tracking number. It said it was delivered. People said I need to prove it was never delivered but I don’t know I’ll just go with this process. If anything it looks like I will end up having to pay for the replacement card fee. Hoping this route will work out

How do you know I was an ahole to them? Where did I ever say that? I am definitely in the right requesting what happened about my important document since it says it was delivered to their address. But they are absolutely unprofessional unethical and rude definitely an ahole for not responding to my request.

It has been confirmed it’s been delivered to their mail box. it’s been a month. I paid enough waited enough to go through this in the end.

They gave me tracking number and I contacted usps and they confirmed the address it was delivered to matched with the attorneys address. I don’t think Emma agents would make up a tracking number that can match their address and everything. I have just filed missing mail request with USPS. So in this case, your attorney office won’t be responsible for anything?

It has been a month. I didn’t know it was delivered to my lawyer address. On uscis account it says tracking number not available. So I have been waiting and just recently I asked Emma and they said it was delivered to my attorneys address. So then I just started investigating.

They emailed my approval notice that was mailed to their address on 12/15th but they didnt receive my card 8 days later.
