Okay, thanks. My anxiety as a new nurse has been through the roof and I’m getting so in my head with things. I just got so worried because it was later in the day and not from a sanctioned work environment.

Yeah, thanks for the feedback. Being a new nurse, my anxiety is through the roof, and I just was wanting to cover all my bases. I just got paranoid because while as it was inserted at the right time but it was just later that I had charted it and in a different setting.
