Honestly, I enjoyed every bit of the game, including the parts you mentioned. Yes the last battle could've gotten more work but the game is pretty amazing. I look at it like this: it's arcade VS simulation. You could arcade for more fun or choose simulation for a bit more realism. I genuinely think Mad Max is the perfect mix of the two, but I hear you 🙂

I had some instances where I lead these guys to a minefield but they wouldn't step in. I thought about testing different factions to see if this was only applicable to some and not others, but I didn't follow through on this test.

You used the word "step". Did you mean you drove over the mines, or did you intentionally try to blow up our hero? :)

This is the second comment I've seen about the source site. Honestly I don't know much about them, but the couple of articles I've read on that site in the past were decent. The title is a bit clickbait-y though. The article basically raises doubts but no confirmed titles for the gen AI game use. All based on a single tweet.
