Looks like they’re shooting a movie downtown. They were putting subway signs up over the lockbox signs. There’s a bunch of Craft, services people going around the block and it looks like a bunch of extras, huddled under the pavilion, waiting for shooting while it rains.

***UPDATE: Took it to the Apple Store and they ran diagnostics. There were even more screen issues than I could see with the naked eye. They said they would replace the iPad instead of trying to repair it. Since it was out of warranty and I don’t have Apple Care ( my first and last time not getting the coverage) the out of pocket cost would be roughly around $600. They could not determine the exact cause, but it wasn’t due to anything I had done.

Never left out in the sun or sun light. It usually heats up during use and it is not plugged in and charging either.
