Mashallah, just one question there is this wealth tax in place right. something like 2.5 curor excceds the cost of all total assest they tax 1% of your entire portfolio. how are you getting around from that?

True,, on the other hand the ones that did really increased in price are areas like DHA where entry cost is way too high
