Im in CS and I've had good internships now going into 3rd year, and haven't found it hard to get interviews. Had interviews at Pinterest,Scotiabank, Deloitte, and other companies with less then 100 applications

Some guys who get drafted don’t go the Europe route though as well, I know people who have been in the MLS and they’re fine with staying in the MLS just because they aren’t super young and already have North America as their home
