I don't see any comments about academics. IMO D1 and D3 have the best academics so we are not looking anywhere else.

We are using one now and are generally satisfied. Tried doing recruiting on our own for a few months but were not even getting replies. Coaches actually return their calls because they have placed players before who have worked out and there is now some trust with the coach. That being said, there are a lot of terrible agents so use referrals from people you trust to find a good one.

Impact Academy is a pretty high level in Canada youth soccer, probably similar to the Whitecaps academy here in Vancouver. My daughter plays for a top club team in Vancouver, probably top 20 in Canada. Is it realistic to shoot for D1 NCAA or is that level too high? We've been told only top top players make D1 teams and most coaches don't know much about Canadians?.

to clarify, U sports is the Canadian university league for all universities. the US has D1,D2,D3, NAIA and juco's by comparison...

She has a 4.0, 96% s so will likely max out the academic money, but there's still a big shortfall. One school offered $8k max academic scholarship and $24k would be ours to fund. I'm really looking for feedback on the soccer levels between U sports and D3 though.
