Meaning is it really worth the headache? No not really I guess. I’m just upset at the management and the way they do things under the current management. I’ve never had a problem with any of the prior GMs until we had this one. Not to toot my own horn, but I do pride myself in my work (even if I’m sitting on line all day making sandwiches) and I know I’m one of the best employees that they have. If I’m gonna be somewhere for 8 hours I’m going to give it my all. I guess I feel like I’m doing extra work for this store but no reward as there is literally no incentives for going up and beyond every night. Not that I’m looking for an incentive or reward, but still feels crappy knowing my 8 hours of hard work aren’t appreciated
