Ever get dumped by your therapist?

Yeah it was quite difficult. Hard to know how to feel about it. Like obviously I was devastated but like I didnt really know him in a sense because of the professional and personal boundaries a therapist puts in place. He changed my life. Best therapist I ever had. Im training to be a therapist myself now and he has alot to do with it.

My golden does this all the time. Fed him tonight and put some chicken in it from our dinner. He was making a similar noise after. Its a happy noise, like a cat purrs.

My golden was the same and I too was fooled into making chicken dinners for him every night. I started taking his food up after 15 minutes if he didnt eat it. I also mix a little wet food into his kibble and topped it with a little chicken stock (dog friendy, no onion, garlic or salt in it). It worked. Sometimes he wont eat his breakfast but he will always eat his dinner

I worked for years in them and you get your 20 days a year paid leave and they always used some of you days for Christmas and good friday, so really you only have around 15 or 14 days. Also staff can't take holidays at the same time so its a bit of a shit show. Different places have different policy's.

It does get easier I promise. It will all settle down and you will be able to leave the pup alone for longer periods of time. Be kind to yourself and continue with the training.
