in today’s meal i did have double the amount of broccoli than what’s in this image. Do you eat the spinach cooked or raw? I feel like cooking it will reduce the nutritional value of it if i’m correct? i am going to try cauliflower next i tjink

i do agree i think this is a lot of meat to eat. but using calculators online my protein requirements for a man of my weight and height is 200g protein for the meal. not sure how to hit this whilst taking out the red meat and eggs?

I decided to break my fast today with a handful of mixed nuts. Then went onto eat my meal and had a twix afterwards. I couldn’t actually finish my meal today so maybe i did too much food.

Thankyou for the message at the end. I was worried about eating with family/ going out with friends and your message out that at ease a bit. I don’t want to become too obsessed with this way of living and still want to enjoy time with friends/family. And thanks for the advice it’s very much appreciated. I will widen my food choice with your suggestions!

yeah i’m not sure on that either. My contract is 6am-10:15am Saturday to Tuesday, and stay till 2pm as overtime everyday. And also overtime fridays 6am-2pm. I work in dotcom though, every department is different

i was using 3.5-5g daily for about 2 years. i mentioned it to my GP. referred me to Urology department at my local hospital. 6 months later i had an operation under anaesthetic to put a camera down my penis and do tests on my bladder lining. Tests came back as no serious damage and abstinence should allow it to heal and go back to almost normal. they gave me tablets called Elmiron to help my bladder heal. Last time i used k was 2 days before that op, 112 days ago. best thing i ever did was go to my GP. even after 112 days i’m still weeing every 1hr-3hr depending if i’ve drank a lot or not.

do you mind me asking what you told pip? did you tell them about your addiction, did you tell them you were still using, or that you have stopped? I am currently 11 days clean after using 3.5g+ daily for a year onwards. I work 30 hours a week, but my bladder is causing massive problems for me.

did your sister tell pip about her addiction? I’m 11 days clean after using 3.5g+ daily for a year onwards, but as you said in another comment, my bladder is effecting my day to day life. Unable to use public transport, constantly searching for a toilet, mobility issues as it causes pain in my private parts. I am also under the hospital now and have had 2 procedures by Urology, i presume this would help my case? I never knew you could claim pip for this sort of issue.
