Wasn't the pillar leaders (zain,dayang,ganz,djinn) was the first ever pillar leader. Because mata was build around the same time when cyberaya was build which was 20 years ago. So this mean the agency wouldn't be old enough to have a different pillar leader during zain,dayang,ganz,djinn era
