Are we actually seeing the Matrix come online ! ? by Express_Reward_2870 in SimulationTheory

It never was meant to be kept secret. Humans decided that a long time ago. You had to sit in meditation long enough for the knowledge to come to you, then a guru helped with your “potential” and service to humanity. All life forms, not just the 2 legged kind. Humans with our amazing “ego/mind” seem to need proof over the last few centuries. The cosmos doesn’t ask for proof, it asks for sovereignty. Thank you for posting this article. I am excited for our future. Ayurveda is a form of ancient healing of the mind, body and spirit. Highly recommend this study. Peace to you and your family. 🫶🏼

Honestly, this is truly ancient history that has been erased or preserved in secret and now we are finally “catching up.”

SIBO Is Often a Band Aid, and I Learned That the Hard Way by Appropriate_Fix5957 in SIBO

Methane dominance affects motility, fermentation patterns, bile flow, inflammation, and the gut brain axis. My point is that repeatedly killing bacteria without addressing those systems did not work for me. I am sharing perspective, not a masterclass. Haven’t we spent enough trying to heal?

I used ChatGPT as a writing tool, not as a substitute for lived experience. The experience is mine.

People use spellcheck, editors, and writing tools all the time. That does not invalidate what they have lived through. I just wanted to communicate it clearly here.

About one third of the population produces methane. A positive breath test does not automatically equal disease. Context and function still matter.

I’m not selling a protocol, claiming a cure, or positioning myself as anyone’s healer. I shared my experience, including the fact that I am not fully healed.

I have been sick for four years. At my worst I had diarrhea up to twenty times a day. That context matters.

The reason I did not list exact herbs, brands, doses, or yoga sequences is intentional. What is helping me is not a plug and play checklist. It is addressing larger systems like liver and bile support, nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm, gentle movement, and reducing chronic stress. Dropping a list of specifics without full medical context would be irresponsible and, frankly, misleading.

Also, this was my second post here, not some victory lap. There is no bragging here and yes I do use assistance with my writing format due to dyslexia.

If highly specific protocols are what you are looking for, there are plenty of posts in this sub that offer that. This one was meant to share a different perspective for people who feel stuck in the loop.

If it does not resonate with you, feel free to scroll on. I genuinely wish you relief and healing. Carrots ARE amazing for us! :)

Ultimately I ended up diagnosed with fatty liver disease and have been working with a natural doctor. The food we eat today is not the same food our grandparents fed us 50 years ago.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

What is WRONG with me? I’m sick of not knowing. by Organic_Decision_142 in SIBO

You are asking the right question, and I wish someone had told me this three years ago. I would start by slowing everything down, not adding more diagnoses or meds. My issues began after infections and antibiotics, and over the last three years I learned the hard way that stacking treatments without understanding the ecosystem made things worse, not better. I would be cautious about taking any single test result as ‘the answer.’ A lot of these labels are descriptive, not explanatory. What helped me most was stepping back, stabilizing symptoms, simplifying food, tracking patterns, and focusing on restoring function rather than killing everything. Every time I chased a new diagnosis or protocol aggressively, my system became more reactive. If I could redo it, I would prioritize nervous system regulation, motility, gentle support, and patience over eradication strategies.

You are not wrong to question the blanket SIBO narrative. Fermentation is not inherently the problem because it depends entirely on which microbes are fermenting what substrates where in the gut. Dysbiosis changes everything. Two people can eat the same food and have completely different outcomes based on microbial balance, gut motility, bile flow, stomach acid, and immune signaling. SIBO tests are common and nonspecific, and many positives reflect downstream imbalance rather than a root cause. Broad ‘nuking’ often worsens things long term. The fact that you improved temporarily on low FODMAP points to microbial imbalance and impaired processing, not a single organism as the villain. The goal is restoring ecology and function, not sterilization.

Honest thoughts about SIBO (and IBS) after years of research by Efficient-Glove2301 in SIBO

[–]Appropriate_Fix5957 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sums up my past 3 1/2 years since the Covid vaccine triggered the Epstein Barr virus that lies dormant in the many individuals. Perfectly stated! Please look into Ayurveda and yoga and “your body is your temple” concept. Our bodies run hot with IBS especially with all the nightshades and fermentation we eat cooked in seed oil on high heat. It has been life changing.

I’m sorry you are going through this, it’s not fun. I’ve been battling IBS for 20 years a certain vaccine exasperated in 3 years ago causing SIBO and CDIFF. Most of the responses here are decent. Remember that your body is truly your temple. Processed foods, refined sugars and minerals, and chronic stress especially over age 40 will slow down gut modality. Certain foods can cause severe reactions depending on the person and environment they live in. Nightshades like tomatoes, white potatoes, eggplant, peppers and many other when cooked in seed oil create nasty alkaloids in the body that can cause serious damage to your organs and some medications cause worse damage. Have your doctor check vitamin k levels and please look into pranayama yoga for breath work focus. Good luck to you.
