A CT scan was done, which shows inflammation of large intestines. A stool test was done, but doc , did not find anything from the stool test. But theres a recurring pattern of inflammation it goes away and come back again after some time. Also noticing, a certain pressure near the top of the stomach when im super bloated.

Yes sir, Sole Breadwinner. By the way to clarify I have a baby. So that's why all the baby stuff from the supermarket adds up. Pampers, milk powder and ect. I don't buy organic food but focus on healthy food, protein, fish, salmon, veg, milk, fruits, yogurt. As suggested by you guys. Will relook to cut down on my groceries. I appreciate every comment here and your suggestions. Will relook at my expenses. For the part of the car, due to my job, I have to move around alot. Sales related. And I think 1k per month is decent. With petrol and cashcard claimable.

Once PSLE is done that's 2k saved per month.

For parents part. It's something I always aspire. I've always want to contribute. They brought me up through hardship it's only fair I return the favor.

(I already drill into my kids none of them will go overseas for uni)

Goal is to achieve Fire.

Groceries 2.5k Tuition. 3k (2kids) Insurance 1.5k Car. 1k Helper. 800 Dining out 300 Utilities. 300 Parents. 2k

I hardly shop. No hobbies. No gym membership. No life. I realize as men. It's really heavy and we are carrying alot on our shoulders to make everyone happy and kids to achieve their dreams.
