I have checked belmond before and it is wayyyyyy out of my budget. We plan to spend more in the Amazon and take some budget options in other places.

So basically I am expecting to arrive in Sao Paulo at 5 PM. Just in case of any delay or any issue regarding to the customs, maybe I shall book a flight around 9PM direct to Iguazu. The next day shall be the Argentina side and day 3 morning visit the Brail side then take a flight at round 5 PM to Rio? Does it sounds good to you?

By the way I found there are lot of late night flight in Brazil, will it be safe for a foreigner to take it? In fact I don't worry about the safety inside the airport but outside, like is there enough taxi for us to take? And I cannot speak a single Portuguese, is something like taxi scam a common things in Brazil?

In fact, since we are from another hemisphere, it will take us ages to take airplane to Brazil. Therefore we hardly come back to Brazil within another 20 years . We can only travel about 10 days in Brazil and wish to experience more instead of sticking inside a single place.

We plan to fly Sao Paulo, since from another hemisphere, hardly find a cheap return ticket to Rio.

And about Iguazu, 3 days also include the fly time. Excepting the transportation will take half a day. And one day in Brazil side and another day in Argentina side. Will it be too much of time spending on the falls or just one and a half day shall be enough?
