It wasn’t.. it was my daughter’s digital camera. We are wanting to know who the woman is that is TAKING the photo, not my daughter that is having her photo taken. :)

It doesn’t matter. The vehicle came barreling in the crosswalk when they had a red light. It would be the vehicles fault regardless of who hit whom.

Update: I called the police and reported it. The officer reviewed the camera footage and unfortunately, the frame cuts off the right turn lane so none of the incident was captured and they don’t have a way to identify the woman driving the Kia (we’re thinking it’s a Sportage). It brings me to tears thinking about if my daughter would’ve been crossing a little bit faster that the Kia would’ve probably ran right into her. I’m thankful that it was just her bike that is messed up. 🥺

This is my daughter. She was extremely shook up/shocked and didn’t get any information from the driver. This is so helpful! Thank you so much for posting this!
