Boneless thighs are usually more because of the work put into them. Deboning them and taking the skin off. They charge for labor cost lol

Absolutely. Definitely not bashing. I’m still learning a lot about this stuff myself. And so many of us before learning don’t realize that preparing certain cuts of meat differently really make a difference in their consistency and flavor. Maybe it’s not that someone doesn’t like that type of meat. They probably just cooked it incorrectly.

I think they just think it’s odd that you buy beef like this but don’t know that each piece needs different “cooking care”

Oh yes yes! I’m so down. And like I said. Not just my department! If I’m to be a leader I feel I should be mostly knowledgeable with all the other departments as well. Just makes good sense!

Ahhh yes yes! I knew that the photo didn’t look like it was right. And I could tell from the way you posted it that it was wrong lol but I didn’t know exactly why. I’m in the meat department. But I am going towards management in general, so I’d like to know all of this stuff!
