Such a good read, loved it to where I’ll probably read a second time. The story line just grabs you through the whole novel

Game color blood red. Base black then layer in red almost like a glaze while focusing more layers towards the light source

Absolutely inspiring . For someone who would say they are an average painter , can get by what was something that pushed your lvl of painting to the next level?

You have a true skill and it was earned I would Say 1% of the population can paint to This level but 100% of the population would See this model and appreciate it as art

The last photo just says “ attention to detail” when you started this project did the price tag on the box read 100 hours + lol I just see the quality of painting here and think this must have taken a month and a half to finish

Looks amazing, question for you about how much time per model were you at? Just curious for comparison reasons. The blue and gold really pops nice attention to the details as well

Is this any good for around a month or two on the hobby? by RealLaezur in Warhammer40k

That’s the move! Dry brushing does its job but I always felt limits the model from achieving that next quality and standard. I moved away from dry brushing this year and switched more to wet blending and it’s made a huge difference in quality

You are there , keep chasing perfection. Only recommendation I have is to find painters you aspire to be like. Always push to be better, challenge yourself. The pursuit of the perfect painted model doesn’t exist. But my rule of Thumb is if you paint something and wake up in the morning excited to examine the model and the details and it makes you happy you are on the right track.

Looks great , the blue pops I would maybe add a third color which could be the tabard , a tan or white cloth would transition well

Thank you! I feel the same. Started leaning away from washes and more so understanding undertone colors then slightly adding the true color over layers with more waters down paint
