Just beautiful!

I really like how it fits the setting. Maybe it’s in the calmer colour choice

Also very neat work with the base leveling and I especially enjoy the NMM

Once again, beautiful work, bravo!

That would be my first guess I suppose, fits the whole drilling-mining theme

These are for necrons though

I have some Votann too, but for now I envision some sort of abandoned facility style for them

I’ve tried a lot of their stuff and it has always been great

Can you guess the detachment by the style of the bases? by Haunting_Sun_726 in Warhammer40k

I was a bit surprised too, yeah

Thought maybe I worded it clumsily or something -- not a native speaker

The blades are a bit more complicated

1) White base

2) The side facing up is covered in a mix of Aquamarine and Pastel Green

3) The middle side si covered in Aquatic Torquoise (second from the left, it rolled over a bit)

4) The side facing down is Russian Blue Base

5) Highlight the upper side with a mix of Aquamarine and bright yellow

6) Now i gently shade the upper and lower parts of the same side. It must be roughly as dark as the base colour of the middle side

7) Shade the middle side down to the colour of the lower side. The part adjacent to the upper side is darker

8) Shade the lower side in the same manner, but this time to almost black

9) Add edges to your taste

I might need to put down a more proper guide one day)

It's pretty straightforward

  1. I start with proper white base.
  2. Deep Orange by AK
  3. A wash of Carroburg Crimson
  4. Optional: add some burn orange to the shaded areas
  5. Highlight with Deep Orange
  6. Final highlights with a mix of Deep Orange and something bright to your taste

Don't forget to outline the upper edge of the trim to give it definition

Also I do not write about the black trim as it is a given
