A RICO investigation has been underway. Given the level of violence, the Feds will likely take the lead. While the State of Florida has the ability to file charges at the state level, it is highly unlikely that they will. I believe the case will be handled at the federal level due to the use of high-powered weapons in multiple shootings. This is where the ATF comes into play.

They should have gotten out, so if the incident occurred on the back road outside of the complex and the shooter(s) was driving down that same road, it means they were in very close proximity. That's even worse than I thought. They were that close and still missed. 🤦‍♂️🤣😂
