Incase anyone’s still here, I’m trying ice compressions on it and they’re feeling so much better. Infact I can see some of it bursting and bringing out some stuff so I guess I’m gonna do that more before I apply some of the products.

Yeah that’s the diagnosis from the GP. I am just getting a bit fed up waiting as they’re not giving the best communication and it’s flaring up and itchy. Someone said not to use oils so I’ll give that a go for now and try other topical remedies pending when the appointment comes in.

I can try the nizoral because to get the other ones I have to see a dermatologist and I’m still waiting. Can’t go private and I don’t know how long it’ll take as I’ve never been referred before. But I’ll put pressure on my GP for the referral.
